About Us

Family Owned & Operated

Derek and Sarah Addison are a husband-wife team that made the decision to plant their roots in beautiful Toccoa GA at the beginning of 2021!

Derek was born and raised in Toccoa. He has been a successful commercial general contractor for over 20 years; interestingly enough, building restaurants has been his bread & butter! Sarah spent the majority of her career in the mental health field as a licensed therapist and Clinical Director.   Sarah and Derek have also been in business together for many years owning a restoration company.

They have 2 children – Dylan and Isabella. Both kids were involved in parts of planning for the restaurant  – Dylan providing ideas for the menu and Isabella created the logo for Rampage and Roses all on her own!
